Spam

Cleaned out all the spam users and accounts I could find. I think I got it all. I've switched off new users ability to post until they've been verified. I think the likelihood of a user actually settling into OPnPW is pretty low at this point, so its a good trade off of keeping the site running for now and letting it still be functional.
