Possible suggestion?

[color=darkred]Woah, Tux... I don't know why, but I thought of a feature that'd be cool, but hard to add.

Card games. Blackjack [21], Hold'Em Poker... Other gambling card games I can't think of right now. Maybe even roulette? Nah, probably not right away.

See... The coding'll likely be a pain in the ass, but I'd be willing to help with that as much as possible (as long as you can convert my C++ chicken scratchings into VB [I've been dicking with the ancient D&DO code at school, and thus far it doesn't make a shit of sense to me]) and I'd make all of the images that'd go along with the games. The DM would be the 'dealer' in all situations, and I dunno, I think it'd be pretty sweet to implement.

What do you think of that for a challenge?[/color]

that would be pretty cool... mayhaps not a particular card game, but rather a format where you can have X cards in your hand and you do things with them (lay them down, draw, whatever) and the program doesnt recognize what your doing (it dont say "whoa there! blackjack!")but rather the players and the DM do.. that away you could play a possibility of several different games, not just the ones you program...

[color=darkred]That might be harder to do, though, than actually just making the games. I thought about that too, like having a 'card server'... I really don't know; we'll just have to wait and see what Tux has to say.[/color]

Actually,
About thirty versions ago [seemingly] there WAS a card server in there, it just was never done server side and so you never saw it. Basicly the dealer [DM] would control just cards, not any set game.

More info on it later.
