When you right-click a User in OPnPW, you get a list of menu items:

How do we change info on View Info so that it gives a little more about us than "No Info/CS Available" or is this one of the features that isn't actually implimented, yet?

It's not implemented. Once Tux puts character sheets back into the program, it will be implemented along with those. What it originally did was show the other person's character sheet.
