OPnPW Style!

Update:Fixed that, I'm not aware of any real glitches now.

I just had to log in and test it out. That opnpw style looks friggin awesome.

It seems I will be the only one to disagree.

I for one dont like it. Well, ALL of it. Site & forum integration rules muchly, however, as a lazy forum-goer, I HATE scrolling down to see the main forums, and being photosensetive (some days its particularily bad. I once had to call into work sick because anything beyond my rooms darkness was painful) that orange and white -- EEEUGH! Now, if it was a cool dark blue, or purple, or even green or better yet the ability to choose colours... that would be much more awesome. As it is, I'm sticking with 'subsilver' and cursing my eyes.

Other than colour and the annoyance of scrolling cause the opnpw top takes up 1/3-1/2 of the screen, its damn cool.

I like it muchly. The only thing I particularly care for is the fact that the actual forums have lost about 1/5 of their horizontal spacage.. If there were a way to fix that (prehaps have the menus up top or something? I think it would be a lot cooler (I suppose I am used to looking further to the left than this is allowing me to do)

Hmm.. one slight problem. It doesnt appear to reload the thread after you are done posting. It just sits at the screen that says "click here to veiw thread". Then again, I only posted once, so maybe it was just me...

no, i noticed that too muddy..

once you're done posting, it doesn't automatically take you back to the section you were viewing, you have to click "forum index" or "view post" (the post you just made)

Fixed that, albeit I don't prefer it that way.

Well its back to the normal, as it ships with phpBB. As soon as I can, I'm gonna modify hte logo up top, to scrunch down on the screen space a bit.

[color=darkred]Hey, Tux, if you package up the files that need to be edited, I'll gladly do so. Remove the blue halos from the buttons (likely just gonna change the halos to the orange color of the rest of the board) and shrink up the logo a bit shouldn't be too much of a problem for me.

If interested, just zip up the files or something and I'll get started right away.[/color]

All in all, I guess it is ok. I just don't like the color scheme. Nice work though, just wish the colors were more kind on my eyes.

You and me both matey. These colors hurt the eyes which I have told Brad about :roll: .

Well,
I stand by my resolution of "Unless you want to pay another professional to create a template, then live with the current one". I like it, itl ooks nice and clean, and I'm not asking for another free template outta Avi. He's done enough.

Moreover,
When I'm working, I'm on the computer for 8-10 hours a day, and it doesn't "hurt my eyes". Of the usres, I'd be the most suspectible being the one who has to stare at it the most. So sadly, I don't see whre you're coming from.

OPnPW is a Free Project.

So put up or, well you know.

Its sort of bright, 3d, and maybe you should try and squeeze a dark styling out of Avi.
