A burning fire…that’s all you see as you sit in the middle of the forest. As you gaze deep into the fire you remember what happened just one week ago…

You used to be part of the emperors royal guard, the finest military group in the kingdom. One night he sent you and a few others out to settle down a group of overactive citizens complaining that they deserve more from the kingdom. What started as a small gathering became a huge rebellion by the citizens of Matilda. The emperor was forced to send over half of his army to contain them. While waiting for the citizens to show any signs of giving up you and your friends received a message from the emperor…

Kill their leader. I am tired of
all their whining and crying.
End this once and for all.

You and your friends approached the rebel leader, surprisingly with no resistance, and with one slash of your sword the rebel leader was killed and with one slash of your sword you and your friends lives will be changed forever. You tried to convince the people that the emperor ordered you to do it but the emperor denied all accusations and was found not guilty. You were exiled from the Kingdom of Matilda but not without leaving your mark. The night before you were escorted out of the kingdom you escaped from your jail cell, snuck into the castle, and assassinated Emperor Vanderhorn. You managed to escape with no injuries.

And now…you are here and this is what you are. In the middle of the forest, known as rebels throughout the Kingdom of Matilda for assassinating Emperor Vanderhorn. You have all agreed to turn to the life of crime and destroy the Kingdom of Matilda for all the trouble it has caused you. It is time to should the world who is the true warriors and take control once and for all.

Well this is my second chance to start a on going campaign. I hope you will join this one as i hope to make it a success. My e-mail is Aweir1234@aol.com. Here are the requirements.

1) You must be a dedicated player. I will announce dates of games in the forums.
2) Everyone starts on level 1, must be chaotic neutral inorder to go along with the story.
3) I recommend you ethier have the disguise or diplomacy skill so you will not be caught by citizens and soilders.
4) You can be any race and any class, i don't really care about that.
5) Please if you decide to play, let me know and send me a character sheet as soon as possible, i would like to start soon.
6) First come first serve. I will be accepting the first four people who send me their character sheets.
7) If you turn out to be a non-active player i will find someone else to replace you.

That is all that i ask from you. I hope you all join...

Wooo well you know I'd join Val, but I've got time issues (such as Thanksgiving and Christmas break, where I believe comp access will be limited). The fact I am GMing a game and in 3 other ones as well so...unless you have a set time during the week I don't know if I could join it, I'm sure you can find other takers here though.

That a good point morrolan, and i would prefer to play Friday night, or Saturday night. That is when i am avalable for long hours at a time. This would most likely be when we play.

yay, i like the story line so far, seeing as im usually a rogue i think i could fit nicely in the game. ill send you a char sheet as soon as i get it done tonight. i hope im not too late to join but anyways i look forward to playing this game.

I was hoping that people would have signed up by now, but i guess that did not happen. All i can do is say,"If you dont join than i will have to kill you" or i could say,"Please join, i know there are people out there and i really want to start this campaign, i hope you sign up and we can have some fun playing D&D." I like the second phrase personally so i hope you decide to join, and if you dont, that refer to the first phrase.
