Ok.. I am starting my long line of skins for OPnPWorld.

First skin is called Slim Green
[url=http://www.akirablaid.com/tux] Slim Green [/url]

Colors to come:

Slim Pink
Slim Violet
Slim Red
Slim Orange
Slim Black
Slim Grey v2
Slim Blue
Slim Yellow
Slim Lime Green
Slim Light Blue

Brad gets to choose the next skin color.

Installation Instructions:

1.Download file and place it into your Skins folder found under
C:\Program Files\Online Pen & Paper World

2.Load OPnPWorld.

3.Selcect File>Options

4.Click Appearance

5.Select Skin

6.Choose the skin you wish to use![/color][/size]

I don't know what it's like for uploaders, but for downloaders, your host is mildly irritating. Suggestion? Use something like imageshack. No annoying clickies; it's all just 'there'.

Yeah... I, uhm, wasn't thinking. I blame being at work. Screenshots would kickass, though.

I suppose I could do that, though. Mmm...

EDIT: Just an FYI, the download doesn't work. The file is currently '0 kb'. Try re-upping the file?

Thanks, as this is something that I'm actually kinda interested in. I was gonna work on a few a LONG time ago, but never got around to it due to how OPnPW resizes backgrounds based on window size.

I dunno what happened to the one skin i made, but i did that a little while back too..Now that it's more popular, maybe i'll start again! :-D Of course, that would mean i'd [i]have[/i] to one up you and make mine better...maybe i'll let you be the skinner and work on the website like i'm supposed to be doing :-P

BTW, isn't this post in the wrong section? Granted, it'll get more attention here, but it seems more Support/General worthy.

Screenshot criticism: The green screenshot is good, but the buttons bother me for two reasons.
First, the words are a little hard to read (white words on the white part of the button and green words on the green part of the button mean that the outline of the letters should be easy to read, but it's a font I'm not used to, so it took a little more work than a good skin should take).
Second, I know space is limited, but I don't like letters getting near the edges of the buttons. "Adventure" and "Change Nick" are two examples. You're either going to have to use a lower point font or a skinnier font (or lower font kerning).

Oh, I don't know what the "Adventure Prepace" is. OPnPW is being buggy right now and won't load, so I can't check. Maybe "Prepace" is a typo or something I just can't discern.

Anyway, it's all meant as constructive criticism.

aight i'm gonna make one skin, a Vi style skin, or just a regular command prompt...but you get the idea.
Also, bravo on the website, it looks neat and clean and professional and pretty and stuff
