Constant disconnect

the short and sweet:

Disconnects "randomly" (usually when idle)
Is anyone else experiencing this? If not it's probably my firewall, or just my computer

the long:
Is this a server pinging problem? every so often it pings people and boots them sometimes? I don't see other people disconnecting, so i think that i'm alone in this, but could it be an outer problem? I haven't tried turning my firewall off, but i'm going to try giving opnpw full access....that's right Tux, i'm trusting you to not put "malicious software" in your program.
