ISP?

the game says it cant connect because of an ISP problem is there a way to fix that? My only theory is that the Admin did an ISP ban on someone else with my provider so now i can't use it. please tell me if that is the case thanks.

ISP?
ISP problems are typically a settings issue if the server is up and running (which it is). I'd check your server address that you have set in your profile. The server should be:
opnpwprimary.dyndns.org
Also, make sure you don't have any firewalls blocking it or anything like that.
