New Campaign
As a helpful note, you might list a few more details about the game. A few things people will want to know:
What setting does it use? Is it a DnD game, or Vampire: the Masquerade game? We play quite a few different types.
What setting does it take place in? For DnD does it take place in the 'generic' DnD world (the one in the Player's Handbook)? What city? (If Vampire)
How many players are you looking for? 2? 4? 7,253,585?
How do you want the characters generated? 28 point buy? 32 point buy? 4d6, drop lowest d6? (for dice, it's best to either be there to withness it, or use a site like www.invisiblecastle.com , just to keep everything openly fair).
Just basically a list of basic questions to help people get to know your game a bit better than 'White Wizard' at first, and get them interested. Hey, might even do a paragraph 'prologue' for everyone, get them syked up ;)
What time/day are you looking at doing the game? Or is it open timeframe for everyone to discuss?
Just some helpful hints.

like multirp said. you're not gonna get anyone signing up if you don't post rules. you have to have at least a background story.
and hey, how is making stuff up on the fly any more fun than coming up with it beforehand so it runs smoothly?

I used to do it, can be real fun. But then again these days I don't make as many mistakes 'cause I plan general structure ahead. Just depends what works really. But I wouldn't personally go jumping into a campaign that I don't know anything about. Just give us a taster, a trailer, and we might want more.

I like a timeline, and then setting goals pre game and let story take over from there....very frequently my timeline gets re adjusted, changed, even rewritten sometimes. Definitely takes monotony out of it for the DM
I'd love to, but i have too many commitments, I even had to let the game i wanted to DM die down because I never really realized that I have so little time for recreation like this...
Sorry pal
