how come, on the forums, it no longer keeps me signed in?

everytime i log in, i check the "keep me logged in" box, and firefox is told to remember the password.

I use two different machines to access the forums, and neither of them do it to me.

On the other hand, my Google homepage's widget to Gmail logs me out all the fucking time.

Dunno. Whenever I come here, I'm already logged in, regardless of time (so long as, obviously, it's on this computer). So I can't say I'm having a problem.

Might run a quick check over your security rules and cookie handling maybe? Just a thought, you guys have likely already done that a few times.

It happens to me too. It keeps me logged in at seemingly random intervals before dropping me. Sometimes it even does it mid post.

I don't think that it's a cookie issue, but it might be. If I keep the window open for a few hours without changing the site, it acts as if the cookie is lost, though my settings have it so that cookies are only deleted when I close the window.
