I just noticed that the link at the bottom of the forums hasn't been updated. It's not a big deal, but the broken link to possibly important legal information might be. Just a thought.

So... does this mean that I can copyright Brad Bierman now? =D

Copyrights are good for 70 years after the authors death, so kill me now and you'd still be waiting.

Fine, then I'll just "resample" pieces of Tux, like his arm, and maybe a few toes. I can use them in my new Drab Drearman composition which will be distinctly original in such a way that it will be arguably not Brad Bierman or a copy thereof. That way, I can market him to large numbers of Brad Bierman fans without having to pay royalties. :)
