noob needing help...

hey i have tried your program b4 and i have never gotten it to work no matter where i connect. i have Zone alarm and i allow the program to go through I even turned off the firewall on my router but i still keep getting the same error:

what can i do to fix this? please help. i know i am doingsomething wrong i just can't figure out what.

Currently, the server is down right now, or the server's address has changed and nobody (save the one who owns the server) knows about it.

Either way, it's probably not your fault, and nothing you can do.
