I remember a topic a while back when the movie was coming out, but I hadn't seen it at the time. So, who saw it and who liked it? Or didn't for that matter. I thought it was fecking awesome even though I don't remember much about it. Then again I wasn't exactly sober at the time. It was a little hard to follow, but as I said.. All in all I liked it enough to buy it and watch again later. Next time slightly more sober so I can better follow what all is going on. Or atleast try to.

Well, I'm a huge Phillip K. Dick fan, so I definitely loved this one. Compared to the movies before (Bladerunner, Paycheck, Minority Report, Total Recall, and probably more), I think this one did the best job of capturing the feel of the book and his writing style* in general. That doesn't necessarily make a good movie, but I was impressed by it nonetheless. Overall, it's probably one of my top American movies of all time... which doesn't say much, but it's still a great movie.

Now, they just need to get this one part of Lies, Inc. into a movie. It's basically a drug trip that goes for about 30 pages and when I finished, my brain was dripping out of my ears and I felt broken for a good week.

* Dick's writing is generally about one of two things: drugs and paranoia.

Edit: Quick, someone chide in with "Mikkl likes Dick".

Muddy, you are too clever.
I really liked this movie because it's basically the most perfect book to movie media change. It's basically completely word for word from the book's dialogues, and the descriptions go along with the movie's portrayals very well.
As far as the actual movie goes, I liked it a lot. mostly because I first saw it when i just bought my HDTV, and the colors looks so brilliant on it, it made me just a tad wet inside. Also, the plot's riveting and twisted, i like that about a movie.
